What should be improved in smartphones. Smartphone improvements.

 Smartphone is a common device among people today. The name smartphone is cool, isn't it? But is smart smart enough? Well I have some thoughts on what should be improved in smartphones today, these things I'll be discussing will be straight. 

What comes to your mind when you hear the word smartphone? A smartphone should be able to phone, a smartphone should be able to message or email, a smartphone should be able to take pictures. These are things which are very very basic, when considered a smartphone. I did not said that is should be able to browse web no no no, lets only consider these 3 basic things and talk about them leaving everything behind. At the end of this blog you will be able to understand that how bad the situation is.

1- Able to phone. 

2- Messages and Emails.

3- Take pictures.

Keep these 3 points in mind as we continue.

So the first point, A smartphone should be able to phone, well tell me what is the innovation that have happened here. There is 0% innovation here, I mean phone is the same as it used to 10 years or even 15 years ago. 

The innovation here should something be like, mmm, I don't exactly know what it is called but have you heard of technology where you can talk in the language you like and the receiver will hear it in the language they like. You get it? See, if there is a person say his name John and he is from U.S. speaking English and then there is a person called James from Russia, he speaks russian. John calls James and talks in English and James hear all that in Russian, James too talks or communicates in Russian and John hears all that in English, isn't this technology cool? It is, right.

So this is the thing I'm talking about. There is no innovation in phone. Of-course there can be other things to do as well but this is the thing which I thought was cool. But 😔there is no innovation.

Second is Messaging and Emailing. I don't need to discuss a lot about this because of-course you all use messaging and emailing. And you also know they're same from ages nothing else is going there as well. So let's not cover a entire paragraph in it and go to the next point. 

Take pictures. Well, here is where most people failed when they heard this, you too might say, 'hey, but companies are making cameras better and better' I get it I totally get it. But what I am talking about is different, I am talking about innovation like, you could research about the photo you tooked, lets say you take picture of a dog and there was a feature where you could somehow find the breed of dog, where you can buy them and all the information you wished. Companies like Apple have worked on this on their new iOS 15. But they didn't did it for the sake of innovating but they did it for doing, just doing.

Well these are some thing I discussed which were problems. I think companies should focus on these things and improve them because these are the thing which are so fundamental to a smartphone.
