The 'motivation' : Reality.

The motivation myth.

This is the biggest illusion of the 21st century that we are in. Let's discuss about the motivation today.


Some time we feel good sometimes bad and sometimes very bad and sometimes very good. But the point is whenever we feel good we don't really enjoy the positivity but when we feel bad we think and observe the sorrowful moment a lot which makes us feel more sad then more sad and more then depression comes in play. 
But as human we have to solve our problems even for a short term we want to just get rid of it and now there are a lot of motivational videos and maybe some other sources but the biggest one is videos. They make us feel happy and energetic for a moment or some hours and even for some days. But lastly we become what we are and then everything becomes as before and then we watch motivational videos again and then feel good but these things don't last long enough.

So how to remain atleast happy.

So now comes the basic question 'How to remain happy then ?' So here's the answer :
Do what you love or fell in love.

You should do what you love or if you don't know what you love then fell in love. Draw, read, make, exercise do something you love. But this can work for someone and not for someone else but trying is not a sin though. 
If you do things you love you know that you did something in the entire day which makes you happy and if you do things you love you will surely be happy and that initial happiness can turn out to be bigger.
