How to meditate properly and daily ?
Meditation can transform our lives, its an amazing art of being still. But most people misunderstand it and those who understand don't do it, so here we provide you some tips about how to meditate properly and daily.
1- Find an empty room
Find an empty room where their are no source of distraction like sound of people, vehicles or maybe games.
After you find an empty room without any distraction, the next step is to choose a place where you will meditate.
2- Close eyes and hang - The next step is to sit and close your eyes and do nothing, nothing means you don't have to do any work, most people while said about doing nothing misunderstand it as thinking nothing, but its not the case. You have to sit in a position which you would like to meditate, don't worry you can meditate in any position even while you're standing you can meditate.
So if you want points out of this para they would be as-
Sit down
Close your eyes
Don't do any work
Sit in the position you're comfortable
3- Focus on the breathe - The next step is to focus on the breathe, don't worry you will get thought and no problem even if you ask me I would say that is a part of it. You have to just focus on your breathe and let the thought come, thought take us to the next point.
4- Observe the thought - You have to observe your thought, deeply focus what are those thoughts don't ask why and how those thoughts are yelling out, just focus on what are those thoughts observe them deeply, spend time. Just observe.
Now, observing thought can be really puzzling, so it brings us to the next point.
5- The 1 week rule - In your first day you will start it by 2 minutes, set an alarm of 2 minutes follow the point I gave for 2 min. Then after 1 week increase the time by 1 minute, that means you will meditate 3 minutes next week, then 4 minutes the next week. But why to start from 2 minutes and increase it 1 min every next week ? because by doing so it will not not feel like a lot and it will become an habit. The best time to meditate is morning, and if you can do it just after waking up it would be really helpful.
I know changing some habits can be really very hard, I have wrote a blog on that too you can
