How to be happy in life ? For those who want to improve.

 Happiness is not pursued in life, its always there. I like one saying from a great person that "Everybody want to find the key to happiness but who has locked it". Its so true, so I want to make a point clear that you can't find happiness its always there. So in this blog I am going to tell you how to know and be happy in life so that you can remain positive most of the time. 



Here are thing to do to be happy (apart from happiness which is still there) :

Gratitude.

Meditation.

Exercise.

Learning.

Journaling.


All of these 5 points are very very constant in their own. We personally have tried them and we found them truly working. 

Let me clear the points. Firstly you need to be thankful to something. Then you need to meditate in order to be still in order to observe the thing you're thankful for. Then exercise now its time for something physical, I have already covered benefits of exercise and surely I'm not going to repeat it, but you can go there any time from our blog dear people. Then their is learning as DaVinci said 'Learning don't exhaust my mind' and its true. If you learn things you will feel that you're also having some value and you know stuff. Then journaling, I personally love journaling and I'm doing it for years now. I recommend it to all of readers also, because writing your thoughts on paper is the best thing to remember, stress relieve and many more.
