What should I eat to lose weight ? (Foods available worldwide)

I told you about exercise to lose weight in the previous blog. But its alone is not sufficient to lose weight. You need to have a sight into what you eat as well. So here are some foods which would help you lose weight and stay lean.

Green Vegetables :


When talked about eating healthy what comes to mind is green vegetables and why not as they so are good for body.

For weight loss you should eat leafy vegetables. They include spinach, collards and some others.

Eating leafy green vegetables is a great way to increase the amount of meals without increasing calories. They are also very nutritious and contain very high vitamins.
 

Salmon :



Salmon is a fatty fish which keeps you very satisfied and keeps you full for many hours with relatively many calories.

Salmon contains high quantity protein, healthy fats and various important nutrients. These types of food (seafood) can also supply a significant amount of iodine. Many studies show that significant number of people don't fill their iodine needs.

If salmon is not available in your area then you can go for any seafood item, it would be enough.


Soup :



Meals and diets with a low energy density makes people eat fewer calories.

Many foods with a low energy density contain lots of water such as vegetables and fruits but you can add water to your, making a soup.

Studies do show that eating the exact same amount of food turned into soup rather than as solid food makes people feel more satiated and eat significantly fewer calories. Just don't add too much to your soup, such as cream or coconut milk, this can significantly increase calories.


Fruit :



Health experts show agree that fruit is healthy.

Surely people who eat fruits and vegetables tend to be healthier than people who don't. Fruits too though contain natural sugar, they have low energy density and take a while to chew. For most fruits can be an effective and delicious addition to weight loss diet.


Whole Eggs :


Firstly, eggs are good but high intake of eggs raises the levels of "bad" LDL - cholesterol in some people. They are probably the best food to consume if you want to lose weight.

They are high in protein and fat and are very satiating.
