Apart from dieting, exercising is the best practice for those wanting to lose weight. The prime point is that exercise helps burning calories, which helps losing weight.
As I have told you, in the last blog that exercising has many other benefits like - reduced risk of heart diseases, improved mood and many other, if you want to find out more about benefits of exercising you can click here - Benefits of exercising.
Exercises are as follows -
RUNNING :
Running is our first best exercise in our list. Firstly one thing to clear is that running is different from jogging. Jogging pace is generally between 4-6 mph while running pace is faster than 6mph.
A study showed that 70kg person burns 372 calories per 30 minutes running. While jogging burns 298 calories.
If running gets hard on your joint, run on soft surfaces like grass.
Running and jogging can also help burn belly fat, which is connected to many chronic diseases.
WALKING :
If you don't like running or jogging walking is a great choice, especially if you're a beginner .
As its super convenient and easy it don't makes you feel overwhelmed or needing to purchase any equipment. Also its a lower impact exercise that means you would not feel hard on your joints.
As Harvard health estimated that a 70kg person burns around 167 calories per 30 minutes of
walking a mid pace of 4mph.
This exercise is really very great for womans especially. So congratulation to all of the womans.
Initially walk for 30 minutes 4-5 times a week. Don't take the elevator, go for stairs and well, you know where should you use your foot. But if you find hard making these exercises roll down to end of this blog to 'A note for readers' paragraph.
CYCLING :
Cycling is done outdoors but many gyms and fitness centers have stationary bikes you can cycle staying indoors/ But I would suggest cycling outdoor because, common guys its more fun with nature.
As cycling is great for weight loss but also improves overall fitness, lowers the risk of heart diseases, increases blood sugar level, lowers the risk of cancer and death of those who cycle regularly.
At the end its a great exercise for all fitness levels from beginner to athletes and of course its a low impact exercise so it won't hard on your joints.
A 70kg person burns around 298 calories per 30 minutes on a stationary bicycle at a moderate pace of 12-13mph.
SWIMMING :
Swimming is too a very very fun way to lose weight and get in shape.

It's too an low impact nature, meaning that its easier on your joints. Most of the people might not have access to this exercise but don't worry you can do the next exercise.
YOGA :
Yoga is a popular way to exercise and stress relieve.
As its not frequently thought of weight loss, it burns fair amount of calories and offers many additional health benefits that can lose weight.
