5 essential habits you must have ?
I've talked about habits in previous blogs and I suggest you to read that blog in order to make or change your habits. But today we'll go over 5 habits you must have in order to get a better and more satisfied life. The points I am going to tell you in this blog are real and me and my friends have tried these from a long time, so I suggest you writing all of these points in a notebook so it becomes easy for you. So the habits are -
1- Exercise - This is most important habit of all, you should have a habit to exercise daily, it makes you look better, not only people thinks good about you but you too think good and feel positive about yourself. That is only a little positive part of exercising daily, but their are a lot of benefits, I will soon write a blog about benefits of exercising.
2- Reading - I think you probably know about this and how not as this is that much important, I am talking about reading dear people, if you read only even 10 minutes a day it increases your knowledge and most studies also show that reading helps building focus as well, so read daily.
But as every great accomplishment you should have a goal in this subject as well, you should decide why do you want to read ? You do it for just time pass or for teaching yourself new subjects or something else ? You should decide.
3- Journaling - This is the thing I am doing from 2 years now, you should journal !!!. Write your thoughts whether good or bad write them, write about your days, goals, relationships anything which comes to your mind. I personally write my ideas and life and I represent those writings to you in the form of blogs. So guys journal daily.
4- Meditation - I have made a separate blog on how to meditate properly and daily if this habit is not in your make up, but if this is already in your daily doing then voila its a great habit. Meditation helps you to be still, it improves your life in many ways like it increases peace and understanding. So you should have this as a daily habit.

5- Something Good - The next habit is ' watching good ', you should watch something good whether its a youtube video or something else. Watch something good daily because you want to feed you mind with good things. You become what you feed to your mind. If you feed good things to your mind you starts thinking good, if you watch game of thrones you develops aggressive thoughts, if you watch porn you develops the same thoughts they do about opposite gender, so what do you want to feed your brain ? you decide. The good thing about this is that you decide what you see, feel, say and hear.
