When you feel desperate. What to do when things seems to get out of control ?

 Sometimes you feel you're good and happy but then after sometime you start feeling bad and then after a bit good again, and vice versa. But how to solve this problem because as a human you need to feel good, right ?

First and foremost know that all these things are emotions, sometimes you might feel good and then bad and sometimes very lonely and sometimes very energetic. But the good thing is it never ever remains the same, you will for sure not feel bad always no matter how bad the current situation looks, you will never feel lonely no matter how alone this present looks.

So its very important that you know that all these things are merely emotions and nothing else. If you can control these emotions you can probably control your feelings. Now how to control your emotions ? Simply by using the right side of brain 'logic' and 'intelligence'. How and why ? Let's say you have to do some work maybe office work or homework or something which demands energy, and that you are feeling very sad today for no reason, what you will do ? I can bet that 90% of the people will regret it and be more sad by blaming themselves, as most people do. But on the other hand if you choose to force yourself and focus on the work, in this case doing homework or office work, firstly, you'll feel very satisfied when you have done that and second, you will have a different routine to deal with that situation.

At the beginning it will be hard because forcing yourself to do something and then concentrating on that thing is not a very easy thing to do. It will take time maybe 1 week or so, but as the time will go you will have new routines to deal with different situations.

You get the point, the thing is not to feel satisfied always but to find work which replace the moment you feel bad and blame yourself. So in short find new tasks to do and replace them with the old one by this the life will surely improve.
