How to relax your mind under 2 minutes in any situation ?



If you're having problems in your life and you just want to relax to understand the problem and act, this is the blog for you. I have given you 2 points which are, I think, which are the best way to relax and be problem free. Stay connected. 


Here are the points - 

1- Journal - This is probably the thing I almost advice everybody to do 'journaling' people. This is the best habit one can develop. You have to take a notebook are anything in which you think you can write and keep it with yourself as secret or hide it. You need a pen and you are ready. Begin with what problems are you facing ?, what is the thing making you unhappy ? try to describe them as best and as frankly as possible. This is your private problem so keep it away from other people even people closest to you. 

2- Share - This is the thing very few and lucky people are having access to. 'Try to share your problem with people'. This person should be very trustful. This person can be anybody but your goal should be to share the problem. If you're confident enough to trust them such that you believe they will hear you and understand you, you should surely tell them about it. This is the best way to relax the mind.
