Welcome back lovely people, today let me give you 5 advantage and disadvantage of coffee. Lets start by advantages because well, positive first.
Advantage :
1- Coffee protects your body.
Coffee contains a lot of antioxidants, that work as little warriors fighting and protecting against free radicals within your body.
2- Coffee reduces risk of death.
Studies have shown that coffee drinker’s overall risk of premature death is 25% lower than of those who don’t drink coffee.
3- Coffee helps improving focus.
Moderate caffeine intake, 1-6 cups a day, helps you focus and improves your mental alertness.
4- Coffee improves(boosts) physical performance.
Have a cup of black coffee about an hour before workout and your performance can improves by 11-12%. Caffeine increases adrenaline levels in your blood. Adrenaline is your body’s “fight or flight” hormone which helps you to prepare for physical exertion.
5- Coffee helps you burn fat.
Caffeine helps fat cells break down body's fat and use it as fuel for training.
Disadvantage :
1- Coffee can be toxic.
Bad quality coffee can have a lot of impurities in it, which can cause sickness, headache or a general bad feeling. This can happen if your coffee is made from beans that have been over ripped or otherwise ruined. Even one ruined bean can make your cup toxic. If you invest and buy high quality, special or good quality coffee you don’t have to worry about this.
2- Coffee can kill you!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, if you drink 80-100 cups (23 litres) in a short session. This dose is lethal and will amount in 10-13 grams of caffeine within your body. Before you reach this point, however, you'll be vomiting most of it out since 23 litres of any liquid is a lot. Even drinking 23 litres of water can kill you. Well I know you're not going to drink 80-100 cups in a hour, right ? hihi.
3- Not more than a cup if you are pregnant.
Studies on coffee's effect on a fetus have been controversial, but one thing is sure: if you drink coffee when pregnant, caffeine will also reach the fetus, and your baby is so much sensitive to caffeine. So, if you’re a heavyweight coffee drinker and can’t stop drinking it while pregnant, at least reduce your coffee intake to one cup a day or stop drinking at least for the baby.
4- May increase bedwetting.
Consuming coffee for 5-7 years kids can increase their bedwetting.
5- Coffee can cause restlessness.
Its caffeine so you know, but taking it not only coffee but anything in a high amount can be dangerous so take it in a limit. You can search on google about how much coffee you should consume.
The decision:
Now the question ' is coffee good or bad ? '. I personally would recommend taking it but in a limit. I personally love coffee and I can recommend some brand if you wish. But again not in a high amount, for me the good or the amount I will call good is having 1-2 cups of coffee in day, if I have to I would drink juice over it if it gets crazy. Excessive amount is always always bad
